We are a regulated and licensed cryptocurrency exchange in Australia and as such we need to follow strict governmental policies and criteria. Our main obligation to AUSTRAC is to maintain an active AML Policy and to securely hold accurate client records with a KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure.
To fulfill our obligations as a licensed exchange and to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, we routinely ask for our clients to update their KYC records which includes their photo, ID and basic information. This is a mandatory policy set by ASIC and governed by AUSTRAC that under our license we need to comply with.
If your TAGZ Trading Account is currently at Level 0 or previously was at a higher level and subsequently now has been reduced to Level 0; you will need to resubmit your KYC verification as per the below procedure:

In order for your KYC to be verified you must follow the above example by providing:
- Government issued photo ID (non expired)
- Selfie image of you holding your ID to the camera including a hand written note stating “TAGZ” + the date of your KYC submission.
